Our firm was started by Mr Rajadurai Manoharan in June 2006 at 180 Mitcham Road, London and we moved to our current premises since October 2012. We provide advice on many areas of law including criminal matters, traffic offences, immigration and family law.
Mr Manoharan specialises in criminal matters and with over 30 years of experience, he has dealt with many cases involving serious fraud, money laundering, robbery, rape, drugs and other serious criminal matters. This firm currently holds the criminal franchise granted by the Legal Aid Agency (formerly Legal Services Commission) and hence legal aid help is available for individuals involved in criminal matters subject to financial means.
The firm has another partner Mr Nadarajah Ranjithakumaran. He has over 25 years of experience in handling immigration matters.
Mr David Phillips is a Consultant and has overall supervision for the Criminal Franchise held by this firm. He is a Solicitor-Advocate with over 30 years' experience and has represented many clients in serious criminal cases in the Crown Court.
